The Brief
A real-estate brand film that doesn't look like real-estate marketing.
Real estate marketing has a look. Drone shots, lifestyle actors touring kitchens, a soft-focus family laughing on a balcony. White Sharks Real Estate wanted the opposite: a brand film that felt like a feature trailer, not a property listing.
The Approach
Cinematic references, not real-estate references.
We built the visual library out of cinema, not out of property portals — colour, light, framing, and pace. AI gave us the freedom to compose shots no real production budget would have approved: unusual angles, dramatic lighting, atmospheric exteriors, and interiors lit like film sets.
Brokerage marketing usually competes on listings. We helped White Sharks compete on brand — by giving them a film that earns attention before anyone scrolls past it.
