Jordan Aviation: We Made an Aviation Commercial Without a Single Camera

Aircraft, airports, cabin interiors, and golden-hour tarmac shots — produced entirely with AI for Jordan Aviation. The story of a brand film that skipped the airfield permit, the crew, and the shoot week.

The Brief

A national carrier. A brand film. No tarmac access.

Jordan Aviation needed a brand advertisement that captured the scale and confidence of a national aviation operator: aircraft on the tarmac, golden-hour exteriors, cabin atmosphere, and the kind of sweeping cinematography you usually only get from a six-figure aviation shoot.

Aviation production is brutal. Permits, ground crew coordination, insurance, weather windows, an actual aircraft taken out of revenue service. We replaced all of that with an AI production pipeline.

The Approach

Treat aviation like any other location scout.

We built the entire shot list as a scout document first — exterior tarmac, taxiing, cabin interiors, cockpit details, ground operations, golden-hour wide shots — locked the look references for each, and only then started generation. Same discipline we apply to FMCG and fashion work; the subject just happened to be a 737.

Aircraft consistency was the hardest problem. Livery, tail markings, and silhouette had to read as the same airline across every cut. We solved it the same way we solve character consistency: lock a reference grid, freeze the parameters that matter, vary only what should vary.

The Result

A national-carrier-grade brand film. No airfield.

The final film delivered the cinematic confidence aviation marketing demands — without the cost, complexity, or scheduling pain of a real aviation shoot. For a regional airline, that's not just a saving; it's the difference between shipping a brand campaign and not shipping one at all.

The Lesson

If AI can do aviation, it can do your category.

Aviation is the high bar. If an AI pipeline can deliver a credible national-carrier brand film, the same pipeline can absolutely deliver for FMCG, automotive, real estate, hospitality, and government work. The discipline is the same; only the reference library changes.
